Lifted, contoured, defined — without surgery

The structural support that holds the face in place sits deeper than the skin itself. As the SMAS layer and underlying connective tissue lose tone with age, the effect shows on the surface: a softening jawline, heaviness around the lower face, and a gradual loss of the definition that once came naturally.

Sculpt uses Ultraformer HIFU — high-intensity focused ultrasound — to reach that deeper layer directly, without any incision.

How it works

Ultraformer delivers focused ultrasound energy to precise depths beneath the skin, creating small, controlled points of thermal coagulation in the targeted tissue. The surrounding skin is left untouched — the energy passes through the surface and concentrates only where it is directed.

These micro-points trigger the body's natural repair response, prompting new collagen formation over the weeks and months that follow. Because the energy can be delivered at different depths, treatment can be tailored to the layer that needs it — from the deeper structural plane through to the more superficial dermis.

What to expect

Sculpt is a single-session treatment with no incisions and no recovery period. Most people return to their day immediately afterwards.

Some warmth or mild tingling during treatment is common, and mild tenderness or slight swelling afterwards is normal and typically settles within a few days.

Some people notice an initial lifting effect, but the more meaningful change develops gradually as new collagen forms — usually over two to three months. Your doctor will advise on whether a single session or a staged approach is appropriate for you.

Sculpt may be suitable for:

  • Laxity along the jawline and lower face

  • Early jowling and loss of contour

  • Sagging or heaviness in the mid-face and cheeks

  • Loose skin under the chin and along the neck

  • Brow and eye-area heaviness

  • Body areas where skin has lost firmness
